HEY FRIENDS!
So you may or may not or could or could not or would or would not know that I went to America for 6 weeks from the end of 2013 through to the beginning of 2014 WHICH WAS TOTALLY PERFECT NOT ONLY CAUSE I WENT TO THE MOST AMAZING PLACES BUT CAUSE I SKIPPED PRACTICALLY ALL OF SUMMER HA HA YAY
So I decided to blog about it because I want to re-live my trip to escape my Year 12 associated troubles. So my trip basically consisted of:
- New York
- Niagara Falls
- Washington
- Boston
- New York
- Miami
- Orlando
- New York
- Hawaii
The saying New York three times thing wasn't some witty effect we actually went to New York three times SO instead of being normal and documenting this trip in chronological order I'm gonna go in the order of most fun times had (greatest order ever)
I'm gonna skip straight to Orlando past every other detail of my holiday and get to the good stuff. HARRY POTTER WORLD

Hogwarts
SO LET ME EXPLAIN the Hogwarts castle wasn't a free for all roaming around kind of thing. It was basically where you had to wait in line to get on this ride which was a simulated adventure thing with Harry, Ron and Hermione and I had the most nostalgic moment I almost cried like dementors were sucking my soul and everything I was so happy. THE DOWN SIDE we had to store everything away since it was a ride and so we couldn't bring our camera into the castle which was so shit cause the castle was honestly the exact replica of Hogwarts. EVEN THE PICTURES WERE MOVING! It sucks I didn't take any pictures in the castle but it was honestly amazing how they got the castle to each and every fine detail and if you're a Harry Potter fan I can't express how much you need to go to Harry Potter World. |

Hagrid's
Hagrid's hut was not accessible either but I still fangirled as we were waiting for the Hippogriff ride :) |

Olivander's
So as if a 45 minute wait could stop me from buying a wand at Olivander's? Although it's basically sitting on my dresser collecting dust it was still my favourite purchase from my whole trip. And yes of course I got an Elder Wand!

Honeydukes
I have no idea how to describe this place other than literal heaven.
I went a little cray?

Hermione's Dress from the Yule Ball
Yes I did ask if i could try it on. No they did not let me. |

I smile but on the inside I cry
SO TO CONCLUDE Harry Potter World was.. I don't know If I can say favourite place but it was definitely a highlight for me. I had so much fun I got so nostalgic and I will go again and again and continue to go again and again. My honeymoon will be at Harry Potter World. I will give birth to all my children in Harry Potter World. If my children grow up in a generation where Harry Potter is no longer a thing I will chain them to the house for a Harry Potter Marathon and then continue to have annual family trip's to Harry Potter World. If my future husband is reading this, here's a heads up on what you should be expecting.
ANYWAY thank you for taking the time to read this if you did it definitely worked for me cause I haven't completed any homework and yet I'm really happy. I'll definitely continue posting photos from everywhere I went on my trip, since it's in order of most enjoyed I think you should all be expecting a VERY VERY VERY VERY LOOOOOOOONG POST on nothing other than the great New York :)
Hope you enjoyed it!
P.S I still have half a box of Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans, so who's in for a Harry Potter Movie Marathon with some jelly beans and we can even whip out my Elder wand
